  • For the first offense, by a majority vote of the Executive Committee, the Parliamentarian shall notice in writing the offending member indicating which bylaw, standing rule, and/or policy was violated. The offending member has 10 days from the date of the notice to reply to the Executive Committee.  The Executive Committee shall share the content of the notice with the Board of Directors, as well as, any response from the offending member.  The offending member may request an opportunity to address the Board of Directors
  • For the second offense, by a majority vote of the Board of Directors, the Parliamentarian shall again notice in writing to the offending member indicating which bylaw, standing rule, and/or policy was violated. The offending member may request an opportunity to address the Board of Directors.

If the offending member fails to obey either notice, this shall be sufficient cause for summary expulsion.
