Top 6 Things You Need to Know About Voting in November Election

  1. EVERYONE who is registered to vote will receive a Vote-By-Mail ballot but you can surrender your ballot and vote in person which is PREFERRED.
  2. Ballots  mailed beginning Monday, October 5th.
  3. Early voting begins October 5th. Early voting is available at the Registrar of Voters Office during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., beginning 29 days before the election.  Address for ROV in Santa Clara County is 1555 Berger Drive, San Jose.
